We aim to provide on site services, telephone response and we also have workshop premises available for major refurbishment and manufacturing projects.
Our range of expertise covers a wide variety of electron beam evaporation systems and various semiconductor processing tools, examples include Balzer evaporators (most systems covered), Temescal 2700 and 3800 series evaporators, Satis e-beam coaters (most systems covered).
We are able to fault find systems to component level whether the problem be electrical, electronic, mechanical or vacuum orientated. This service being facilitated by our continuously expanding range of diagnostic tools, such as helium leak checking facilities, residual gas analysis, mfc calibration, high voltage and small signal analysis.
At present our core strengths are hardware biased. However we do have a background process and software capability.
The demands of being a predominantly hardware business has also ensured that we have full machine/ workshop facilities. This also enables us to offer our customer’s specialist welding services, Including vacuum chamber repair.

Corrective Maintenance
In the common event of a machine failure we will provide an on site fault finding service dedicated to returning your plant to working order as quickly as possible.

Preventative Maintenance
With our flexible approach we can schedule to suit your circumstances. Maintenance plans, contracts or specific tasks can be carried out as your business dictates.

Following initial technical consultation, to establish your requirement. We have the capability and expertise to integrate up to date systems and controls.
