DDTS can now supply/manufacture precision engineered pattern parts and assemblies including Knudsen Planetary Drives

DDTS have made an arrangement with Precision Engineering Companies to offer our customers the oppertunity to purchase machined and engineered items and components for their High Vacuum Coating and other processing equipment requirements

We have had a long and succesful relationship with these companies and have fullfilled numerous challenging orders to the highest specification

We are able to offer Rotary Work Holder Systems, Planetary Systems (Knudsen) , Domes Machined to customer requirements.

With respect to the Semi conductor industry the domes or the calottes could be machined to suite 50mm (2"), 75mm (3"), 100m (4") wafers etc.
With regard to optical and ophthalmic customers work holders and lens cells could be manufactured to individual requirements

Some of our customers have already enjoyed the benefit of this service with regard to modifying and repairing existing worn and damaged parts This service has given them a two fold saving  i.e. Avoiding long deliveries for the supply of new parts. (The supply and delivery becomes more difficult depending on the age of the equipment) They have also had the benefit of cost saving as the components have been sourced form the UK and not abroad.
